Living in a small logging community between Portland and Astoria, OR, with her husband and two boys, Jennifer juggles her roles as a baseball and track mom, amateur family vet and watercolor enthusiast, all while tending to their ranch. From raising cows to wrangling goats, she’s learned that even the toughest challenges can be overcome with a mix of dedication and a healthy sense of humor — a recipe for success that works as well on the farm as it does in the workplace.
