We are thrilled to welcome Hao Duong, AIA, NOMA, to the firm as a Health Practice Leader for the Pacific Northwest region.

By joining our new partners from SRG + CannonDesign, Hao will focus on further growing our Seattle and Portland health practice by developing and strengthening new and existing client partnerships, leading multidisciplinary project teams and using his deep experience as a health planner and architect to help realize Living-Centered Design in projects and in the practice.

Hao joins us from Ankrom Moisan in Seattle, where he led their healthcare studio as well as oversaw strategy, hiring, personnel management and business development. He has two decades of experience in healthcare architecture and planning, working on surgical spaces, pediatric clinics, ambulatory care centers, replacement hospitals and more. Some of his past clients include University of Washington, Seattle Children’s, New York University and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

“Hao’s legacy and reputation for incredible healthcare leadership in the Pacific Northwest gives me confidence that he will deliver on building a team that is design-led and focused on creating engaging experience strategies and solutions that address the needs of the whole human,” said Abbie Clary, FAIA, FACHA, LEED AP, co-director of CannonDesign’s Health Practice. “Hao is strategic and driven, and we look forward to supporting him in fostering a culture of curiosity and creativity. His efforts will help reinforce our entrepreneurial brand and propel us toward becoming the most sought-after firm in the Pacific Northwest.”
