The Reboot Chronicles is a revered leadership and business strategy podcast that "highlights the world's top leaders & CEOs through engaging peer-to-peer conversations that audiences love." In this episode, Brad talks at length about CannonDesign's strategic framework, its Living-Centered Design ethos, recent acquisitions and business strategy.

Since accepting the role of CEO in 2016, Brad has navigated CannonDesign through numerous significant moves and milestones, including:

  • Establishing Living-Centered Design as the firm's design approach and ethos. It has served as a differentiating force that is activated through the firm's bold Ambitions.

  • Executing numerous mergers with Blue Cottage of CannonDesign, SRG Partnership and gkkworks, among others. These have grown the firm's capabilities, market penetration and geographic reach.

  • Creating the firm's first official strategic framework, and then traveling to every office in the firm to shape the second iteration of that plan.

  • Investing significantly in core priorities around Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, technology infrastructure, an internal firm business incubator, software development and more.

  • Posting CannonDesign's strongest financial performance to date in 2023.

  • Securing work with many of the leading organizations of our time across health, education, science, commercial and other key sectors.

Beyond The Reboot Chronicles, Brad has also been recently profiled by The Creative Factor and Practice Disrupted. He regularly speaks at industry events and is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council and the CNBC CEO Council.
