Abbie Clary to speak at 2024 TEDxChicago on human-centered healthcare experiences

We are proud to share Abbie Clary has been selected to speak at the TEDxChicago's 2024 flagship event. Abbie's talk will unite personal experiences, research and empathy to reveal how our own personal stories and journeys are needed to shape better healthcare spaces and experiences.
This year's TEDxChicago theme is "Lighting the Way," and features speakers from all industries who are advancing groundbreaking and innovative ideas. It will be held on Friday, September 27 at the Harris Theater near Millennium Park in Chicago.
Abbie, who co-leads CannonDesign's global health practice, will harness her decades of experience in healthcare design and planning to share how powerful patient and loved one voices are, and how they often get lost in the complex American healthcare system. She will share valuable lessons she's learned in her career on how we can learn from these stories and make better experiences for us all.
She is currently working with University of Chicago Medicine, Memorial Sloan Kettering and other healthcare institutions across the country on innovative projects. She is also slated to speak at the 2024 Fast Company Innovation Festival and several other patient experience and healthcare-related events this fall.
