Description
Conceived as three adjacent vertical bars, the 600-foot glass-and-steel mixed-use high rise—the tallest and most ambitious initiative ever proposed for Buffalo—will stand as an emblem of the city’s renaissance, visible from Lake Erie as an ethereal cascade recalling the frozen crystalline form of Niagara Falls in winter. The tower includes 500,000 sf of office space on the first 20 floors, topped by a 10-story, 300-room luxury hotel, and on the uppermost 10 floors, 80 luxury condominiums. At the tower’s base, the west facade peels away to reveal the building’s interior lobby and retail spaces to the streetscape.
